Transform Lives as an Audiologist
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate audiologist to join our team in delivering exceptional hearing solutions.
Assessment and Support
You will assess the auditory problems of non-complex adult clients in accordance with established Australian Hearing practice methods and standards.
Provide appropriate rehabilitative support, including fitting hearing aids, assistive listening devices, personal amplification devices, accessories, and/or communication strategies as needed.
Refer clients to other professionals or seek guidance from more senior audiologists where necessary.
Participate in providing services at visiting sites and home visits.
Liaise with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) representatives, allied health professionals, and families/carers to ensure best practice and outcomes for each client.
Undertake marketing/public relations activities in the community as required.
Provide excellent customer service, manage client load, and meet performance targets.
About the Role
This is an opportunity to work in a client-centred environment where you can provide exceptional and friendly service while managing complex medical administration.
Tertiary qualification in Audiology.
Full and current membership with the Audiology Society of Australia.
Sound knowledge of clinical Audiology and procedures in accordance with Australian Audiology standards.
Sound knowledge of the Hearing Services Program.
Exposure to the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) scheme.
Ability to support business changes to clinical practice, products, and policies.
