Audiologist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Audiologist to support and empower clients of all backgrounds.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing auditory problems, providing rehabilitative support, and referring clients to other professionals when necessary.

  • Assess the auditory problems of adult clients using established Australian Hearing practice methods and standards.
  • Provide appropriate rehabilitative support, including fitting hearing aids and assistive listening devices.
  • Refer clients to other professionals or seek guidance from senior audiologists when needed.
  • Participate in providing services at visiting sites and home visits.
  • Liaise with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) representatives and other allied health agencies to ensure best practice and outcomes for each client.

You will also have the opportunity to work with a range of people, including children and adults, and provide exceptional customer service while managing complex medical administration.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Audiology.
  • Full and current membership with the Audiology Society of Australia.
  • Sound knowledge of clinical Audiology and procedures in accordance with Australian Audiology standards.
  • Sound knowledge of the Hearing Services Program.
  • Exposure to the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) scheme.
