We are seeking an experienced and passionate Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team.
This is a unique chance to make a meaningful impact in shaping and sustaining a culture of continuous improvement across our network of dealerships.
Based at our state-of-the-art facility within the CMV Training Institute, you will be part of a team that drives operational efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement within our dealerships.
- Conduct data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder interviews to identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to implement new processes that improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
- Support and ensure compliance with health and safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Coach team members and leaders on lean principles and practices.
- Drive daily improvement meetings and structured problem-solving routines.
- Lead implementation of 5S methodologies, with a focus on safety, quality, and workplace efficiency.
Requirements:- Proven experience in continuous improvement or LEAN project management.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills to support strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured, methodical mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing at all levels.
- Experience in stakeholder management, with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
