Process Improvement Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. This is a hands-on role that involves driving process improvement, continuous enhancement, and engineering support across the plant.
About this Opportunity
You will report to the Engineering Manager and play a critical role in supporting Operations to optimize plant performance, embed best practice, and deliver engineering solutions. Key Responsibilities include:
- Promoting a strong safety culture through active engagement.
- Supporting Operations in problem-solving and implementing corrective actions.
- Designing and implementing best practice processes and systems.
- Facilitating maintenance analysis to drive reliability improvements.
- Contributing to continuous improvement and plant optimization projects.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Process, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related).
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles with practical application.
- Proven problem-solving ability and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with collaboration across stakeholders.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and commitment to continuous learning.
