Job Overview

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the testing process.
  2. Comply with all testing procedures and company policies, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
  3. Verify candidate identification and assist with setting up test equipment, promoting a seamless and efficient experience.
  4. Explain exam procedures and proctor candidates during testing, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
  5. Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments, ensuring timely resolutions and minimizing disruptions.
  6. Escalate any policy breaches immediately to relevant business personnel, upholding the highest standards of quality and integrity.
  7. Perform light housekeeping duties, including vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards, maintaining a clean and organized testing area.
  8. Other ad-hoc duties as directed by management.

Requirements:

  • A High school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and resolving complex issues.
  • Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly desirable, demonstrating a strong understanding of testing procedures and protocols.
  • Begins to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required, showcasing proficiency in essential software applications.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds independently, meeting the physical demands of the role.
  • Must be comfortable working in a quiet testing environment, hearing soft voices, and seeing details from a distance, ensuring a high level of attentiveness and focus.
