About Us

The role of AI Training Facilitator at Pathfindr involves working with teams to upskill their use of off-the-shelf AI tools.

We help organisations embed AI capability at every level through our AI Accelerators, which combine real-world tools, practical training, and hands-on support.

You will become an expert in AI and need to be hungry to learn, comfortable leading sessions, and excited to help people use AI tools in their work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and design AI learning sessions for mid-sized and enterprise clients
  • Tailor content to different industries, roles, and AI maturity levels
  • Work with our team to bring tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot to life
  • Create practical resources (cheat sheets, toolkits, exercises)
  • Share real-world use cases and keep content fresh
  • Help teams build the confidence and capability to use AI every day
Requirements:
  • 2–4 years' experience in a role involving training or facilitation
  • Comfortable leading sessions in-person and virtually
  • Strong communication skills to make complex ideas simple and engaging
  • Interest in AI and willingness to get hands-on with tools quickly
  • Hungry to grow and develop in a fast-moving environment

  • You grow your own skills while helping shape Australia's AI capability team
