Job Description:

As an Organisational Design Specialist, you will lead and deliver workforce strategy and organisation design projects for clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to address complex client challenges and deliver impactful solutions that drive value and results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver client projects: Collaborate with EY colleagues and clients to define and deliver project outcomes.
  • Support clients to solve their challenges: Analyse workforce and business data to generate insights and recommendations.
  • Build client relationships and guide clients through structured problem solving.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with and good understanding of workforce strategy and organisational design.
  • Client focus: Proactive in understanding and responding to client needs.
  • Previous experience in professional services consulting or internal consulting is highly desirable.
  • Stakeholder engagement and influencing: Demonstrated ability to ask better questions, listen actively and convey ideas effectively.
