We are currently seeking a seasoned Senior People and Culture Business Partner to join our team. This pivotal role combines expertise in people and culture partnering, workforce management, and change management.
Job DescriptionThis senior-level position focuses on developing and implementing innovative workforce change strategies and engagement programs, leading the transformation and continuous improvement of people's practices in alignment with our strategic objectives.
Main Responsibilities:- Employ a data-driven approach to address current and future organisational challenges;
- Provide strategic advice and coaching to key stakeholders;
- Maintain a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations;
- Develop HR processes and policies;
- Empower organisational leaders to effectively manage their teams;
- Provide necessary guidance and risk mitigation;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A deep understanding of workforce dynamics;
- The ability to create, innovate, and work at a pace within the People & Culture team;
- Collaborative team player skills, able to work across, and with, a People and Culture team centres of excellence and expertise capabilities;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- The ability to build consensus and manage expectations;
