
Driving Workforce Transformation

This role involves managing and coordinating activities across the workforce transformation process for a given set of workforce changes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing project timelines to ensure effective delivery of transformation activities
- Coordinating capacity of key resources and support teams
- Developing and maintaining key artefacts such as organisational charts, people data and people impact assessments
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A strong HR business partnering background
- Experience working in workforce transformation or change programs with knowledge of HR processes around workforce change and best practice change management strategies and techniques
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
