Job Opportunity

We seek a seasoned Business Analyst to support the rollout of our Workforce Transformation Program.

This role will focus on implementing the Scheduling & Time Attendance modules within the next year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to design business processes and scheduling requirements.
  • Partner with Organisational Change Management (OCM) to ensure training aligns with designed processes.
  • Develop user stories, test cases, and stakeholder reports.
  • Design and deliver presentations for senior business leaders.
Required Skills
  • Proven experience with UKG (Kronos), specifically in Time & Attendance and/or Scheduling.
  • Strong background in HRIS platforms, particularly in implementation or enhancement contexts.
  • Demonstrated ability to document business processes, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience in agile environments with strong communication and collaboration skills.
