The VP of Sales, ANZ will lead sales and business development, define strategic growth approaches, and build on the region's success. Responsibilities include go-to-market strategy, team alignment, talent development, and sales execution excellence.
Our model emphasizes customer-centric, strategic adoption, with high potential for enterprise AI across large organizations in Australia and New Zealand, where current adoption is only at 10% of potential.

What You Will Do:
- Lead a team of Client and Partner Sales reps and Solution Consultants to surpass revenue, market penetration, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Expand enterprise adoption within existing clients and improve win rates on strategic prospects.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to cover a large addressable market with products like Agents, AI Gateway, Intelligent Automation, BPM, Process Intelligence, IDP, etc.
- Support business pursuits and complex deals with executive-level engagement.
- Focus on results: pipeline creation, accurate forecasting, and sales cadence to drive revenue growth.
- Set and maintain team performance goals, foster morale, and promote a culture of inclusivity and development.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to execute plans.
- Manage interdependencies in a matrix organization, aligning local priorities with global vision.
- Prepare and present annual business plans and quarterly updates.
- Maintain technical and product knowledge through training.
- Represent SS&C Blue Prism at trade shows, industry, and customer events.
- Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven leadership in enterprise software sales, with at least 15+ years' experience, including 5+ years leading a nationwide sales team in Australia and New Zealand.
- Strong network of senior relationships within major enterprises.
- Experience managing hyper-growth and complex solution sales cycles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with leadership ability.
- Strategic thinking with a sense of urgency beyond quarterly results.
How Success Will Be Measured:
- Growth in ARR (minimum low double-digit growth).
- Increase in recurring customer base (new logos and retention).
- Team members achieving at least 100% quota, with a minimum of 30% of the team.
- Accurate quarterly forecasts and pipeline velocity.
