- Motivate and guide responders through strong leadership and influence, fostering engagement.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders and responders, adapting messaging to suit the audience.
- Embed incident management frameworks into daily operations and training, ensuring responders are equipped for real-world scenarios.
- Experience in emergency services, clinical leadership, military, security operations, or a similar high-accountability field.
- 5+ years of leadership experience, including managing teams, training, and operational processes.
- A strong track record in managing compliance, accreditation, and readiness programs.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with experience presenting to frontline teams and senior stakeholders.
- The ability to lead and influence without direct authority, building trust across a dispersed workforce.
- A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Comfort navigating shifting priorities and making sound decisions under pressure.
- An understanding of incident management frameworks and how to apply them in training and daily operations.
