We're looking for a Support Coordinator to join our team, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the wellbeing and safety of our members. As a critical member of our support network, you'll provide timely assistance to those who need it most.

Your primary focus will be on coordinating various requests, from emergency situations to non-emergency queries. You'll work closely with our team of Nurses and Psychologists to ensure accurate case management and escalation when necessary. Additionally, you may liaise with external stakeholders to guarantee the best possible outcomes for our members.

  • Proactively manage a wide range of requests under the guidance of our Shift Supervisor
  • Collaborate with our medical and mental health professionals to pass on case notes and facilitate effective support
  • Liaise with external partners to ensure seamless support delivery
  • Contribute to process improvements and suggest operational enhancements

About You

To excel in this role, you should have experience working in complex, high-pressure environments, preferably in operations or inbound call centres. Your superior English communication skills are essential, with proficiency in other languages (such as Spanish, Hindi, Mandarin, Thai, or Vietnamese) being beneficial but not mandatory.
