We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative individual to join our team as a Learning & Development Intern.

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support for Learning & Development, Employee Experience and Talent Enablement programs.
  • Communicate with participants, key stakeholders and work alongside various teams.
  • Responsible for tracking participation, updating documents, editing content and presentations, and proactively finding ways to add value.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, Communications or Business Administration.
  • Ability to perform confidently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate drive and self-motivation with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Suite.
