Member Experience and Engagement Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Member Experience and Engagement Manager to join our Digital & CX team at MLC Limited.
This is a key role in the design and development of intuitive and seamless products and digital experiences that delight members, partners, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of digital experiences that meet business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product and service delivery.
- Develop and implement customer experience design principles to reshape the way the business operates.
- Design and deliver workshops to uncover customer needs and provide directions for design.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of customer experience design experience, with a strong background in UX and CX.
- Design Thinking and Human Centred Design qualifications desirable.
- Practical knowledge of Behavioural Economics and its application to customer journeys.
- Strong project management and planning skills.
