Strategic Customer Experience Lead

About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Customer Experience Lead to spearhead our customer engagement and retention initiatives.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and executing top-tier customer experiences that guarantee an effortless journey for our customers. You will work closely with our Marketing and Retention teams to develop and validate comprehensive customer experiences.
You will achieve success by ensuring seamless communication and logical explanations of necessary actions to our customers. Your ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders will be essential in finding solutions that balance customer focus with commercial outcomes.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity reporting into the Head of Customer Strategy and Experience as part of an enterprise-wide project (Trustee Replacement Project).
About You
- An experienced Customer Program Manager or Campaign Manager with 5+ years of experience across customer experience, strategic marketing or retention in the financial services and/or life insurance sector.
- Strong human-centred design thinking and approach to creating customer journeys.
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and drive meaningful decision making.
