Workplace Experience Coordinator

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team at our support office in Docklands. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the provision of a seamless and safe workplace experience for our team members and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the First Point of Contact for guests and new team members arriving at our support office.
- Provide exceptional support for team members and managers with workspace requirements, including proactive problem solving and continuous process improvement.
- Act as the primary liaison with building management / concierge / contractors.
- Log and manage building maintenance requests and coordinate contractors for these requests.
- Manage office access security cards for new and current team members, contractors and visitors.
- Ensure office spaces are maintained to a high standard, including reception, meeting rooms, kitchen, and breakout areas.
- Assist with coordinating events hosted at the support office.
- Manage couriers, incoming/outgoing mail, and office supplies.
- Support onboarding of new employees, including office inductions.
- Support office Safety, Health & Wellbeing (SH&W) by participating in emergency warden and first aid training and being part of the SH&W Committee.
- Handle ad hoc administration tasks as required.
- Demonstrated experience in Office Administration in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Ability to work autonomously and use initiative to continuously improve processes and the workplace experience for team members.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Ability to independently engage with and manage external contractors.
- Commitment to the delivery of excellent customer service for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent organisational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Approachable and proactive building relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
