As an Area Supervisor, you will represent Enviro Frontier across the geographical area of responsibility. Your key objectives are to ensure that Enviro fulfils client commitments in line with contractual and legislative requirements and actively contributes to the ongoing growth of Enviro Frontier.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Effective planning and delivery of compliant arboreal and related services to clients
  • Reviewing a backlog of quotes, jobs, etc., and working with customer care to ensure effective prioritisation
  • Allocating resources effectively and ensuring delivery to quality and time frame parameters
  • Developing strong and constructive relationships with existing Tree Partners to ensure high levels of compliance with Enviro Frontier requirements
  • Identifying requirements for additional Tree Partners and recruiting them to ensure sufficient operational coverage
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients within areas of responsibility to result in high degrees of client satisfaction and repeat/extended business
  • Preparing and submitting proposals to clients and assisting Finance in resolving customer debt issues

Key performance indicators include demonstrated compliance by Enviro and Tree Partners, client operational service levels met, client process and quality levels met, Tree partner coverage in place, and Tree partners compliant to Enviro requirements.

A strong background in Arboriculture is required, with 5-10+ years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will also have experience in area/operations management, team leadership, sales/business development/account management.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Arborist with Certificate 3 in Arboriculture (preferred)
  • Area/Operations Management experience
  • Team leadership experience
  • Sales/Business Development/Account Management experience
