The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with extensive experience in optimizing delivery routes and managing teams to meet deadlines and KPIs.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the allocation team, implement strategies for operational efficiency, and lead delivery experience processes.

  • Responsibilities include overseeing the Allocation team, implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, and leading the Delivery Experience processes.
  • This involves identifying and resolving challenges, managing day-to-day financials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience (5-10 years) in a similar industry or an operational leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent leadership and team management experience, and familiarity with route optimisation tools.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing and mentoring a medium-sized, geographically dispersed, and diverse operational team.
