Key Responsibilities:

As a Childcare Room Leader, you will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, leading a team of educators, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve educational goals.

Requirements:

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of industry experience, preferably in a contact-based setting.
  • Current Working with Children Check and Police Check.
  • First Aid and Anaphylaxis training.
  • Familiarity with the National Quality Standard (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
