Are you passionate about making a difference in children's lives and thrive on building strong, positive relationships? We're seeking an experienced Childcare Service Leader to join our team.

About the Role

As a Childcare Service Leader, you'll have the opportunity to lead your own service, providing trusted before and after school care and holiday programs that support local families. Your key responsibilities will include designing and delivering engaging programs for children aged 5-12, building positive relationships with parents and carers, and mentoring and supporting your team to develop their skills and growth within the industry.

Requirements
  • Completed or currently studying an ACECQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar).
  • A valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
  • Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, Relevant food safety & mandatory reporting certificates and a National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.
