Job Role

Educational Leaders are pivotal in inspiring and motivating educators to deliver high-quality care for all children within the service.

  • Leads a team of educators to achieve quality outcomes, driving excellence in child care.
  • Provides guidance and mentorship to ensure exceptional practices are consistently embedded across the service.
  • Fosters strong relationships with children, families and educators to achieve quality learning and development outcomes.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor or Diploma level qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Demonstrate passion for children's development and safety, ensuring a nurturing environment.
  • Possess sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework & National Law, upholding compliance standards.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration.
