As a leader in childcare, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children.

Job Description

The successful candidate will assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program.
  • Ensuring your program is compliant with industry regulations.
  • Interacting with parents and supporting them with enquiries.
  • Engaging with the school community and attending events when possible.
  • Playing and having fun with primary school-aged children.
  • Co-managing or coordinating during the school holiday program.

Our ideal candidate will be a strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude. You will have outstanding communication skills and be able to work independently. Previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education is desirable but not essential.

Key Requirements
  • A strong understanding of child development principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in childcare or education is highly regarded.
