You will draw upon your clinical skills to support people throughout their rehab journey, working collaboratively with stakeholders including employees who have suffered injury or illness, medical specialists, treatment providers, and allied health professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate a return to wellness plan by applying nursing knowledge;
- Implement and monitor rehabilitation plans through case management;
- Complete initial assessments and perform worksite reviews.
A unique aspect of this role is that service delivery outcomes are measured, allowing for a genuine person-centred focus. Early starts and early finishes make it an attractive opportunity.
To be successful in this role, you will need current unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, tertiary qualifications in Nursing, experience with professional documentation and report writing, strong clinical reasoning, and the ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams.
