Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Security Professional to support the Australian Defence industry in Katherine, Northern Territory.

This is a full-time and casual opportunity with weekday and weekend shifts available. If you have strong customer service skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work well in a team or autonomously, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role:
  • Location: Katherine, NT
  • MUST be an Australian Citizen for this position
  • Sign on Bonus for applicants who hold an NV1 clearance
  • Full Time and Casual Opportunities available
  • Weekday and weekend shifts available
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Obtain and maintain a high-level security clearance
  • Work 12-hour shifts, including nights/weekends (24/7 availability)
  • Solve issues that may arise using lateral thinking
  • Understand communication lines and chain of command
  • Protect and maintain security & integrity of building and infrastructure
  • Submit electronic or paper incident and hazard reports
Requirements:
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Able to support and step up as required into other roles
  • Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
  • AGSVA Clearance (Highly desirable)
  • Able to prepare and write reports
  • Valid NT Security License
  • Valid NT Driver's Licence
  • Current First Aid
