Tool Management Specialist

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tool Management Specialist to manage the daily operations of our tool store. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience with tool management systems, and a commitment to maintaining compliance with maintenance and calibration standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the distribution and return of tooling, Support & Test Equipment (S&TE), and Ground Support Equipment (GSE) for maintenance personnel.
- Forecast S&TE/GSE maintenance and calibration needs.
- E nsure the efficient operation of the Tool Store on a daily basis.
- Provide counter service for tooling issues and returns.
- Manage GSE requests and maintain compliance with maintenance and calibration standards.
- Oversee calibration and servicing activities for GSE/S&TE.
- Handle callout reports and ensure all items are serviced regularly and meet compliance requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Hold a General Engineering Certificate or have relevant experience.
- Strong organisational skills and experience with tool management systems.
- High attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Committed to adhering to NGA's policies and procedures.
