This growth has created new roles within our NT team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers.
They offer training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Ability and desire to obtain and maintain a high-level security clearanceAvailability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights/weekends (24/7 availability)Be a lateral thinker in solving issues that may ariseHave an understanding of communication lines and chain of commandHave an understanding of emergency and alarm response protocols including fire systemsProtect and maintain security & integrity of building and infrastructureSubmit electronic or paper incident and hazard reportsBe well presented and well-spokenHave good IT skillsWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Strong Customer Service SkillsProactive and problem-solving mindsetWilling and able to support and step up as required into other rolesAbility to work well in a team or autonomouslyAbility to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends)AGSVA Clearance (Highly desirable)Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reportsDemonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes)Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periodsValid NT Security LicenseValid NT Driver's LicenceCurrent First AidWilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
