Trade Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Trades Assistant to support our Operations & Maintenance team at Tindal RAAF Base.
About the Role- As a Trades Assistant, you will be part of a core crew supporting Defence Fuel Network across 100 Australian Defence bases nationwide.
- You will assist in scheduled maintenance and service of fuel installation assets and equipment.
- Support project work on the fuel installation and related assets and equipment.
- Collaborate with subcontracted work packages as required.
- Travel to various sites throughout NT for general administration and ad hoc duties.
- Prior experience in labouring or trade roles (mechanical) is highly regarded.
- Previous experience working in fixed plant maintenance, preferably fuel services or Oil & Gas, is advantageous but not essential.
- Defence fuels network or Defence industry experience is highly valued.
- Hold confined space and working at heights tickets.
- Be able to obtain Defence Security Clearance.
