The Opportunity:
This role is responsible for servicing existing and pipeline clients training and development needs on a day-to-day basis. The primary relationship rests with the Senior Distribution Manager (SDM) and the Training and Relationship Manager (TRM), supporting Principal, Administrators, and Advisers.
The secondary responsibility is to support advisers within dealerships who have approved Netwealth as a platform provider. A critical role for Netwealth is to provide support to these advisers in understanding and using our products and thereby growing their use of our products.
This position may involve interstate travel. As a Business Development & Training Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Training and developing Netwealth clients;
- Metinging with existing advisory groups to grow the Netwealth business and distribution network;
- Working with SDM to grow new sales and strengthen pipeline;
- Administering SDM pipeline;
- Maintaining and developing existing relationships;
- Maintaining regular contact with established adviser base as allocated;
- Building our training commitment to advisers who work with Netwealth;
- Mentoring other team members in both business development and marketing ideas and strategies;
- Playing a key role in the accuracy and planning of key clients in the in-house CRM, Microsoft Dynamics
- Contributing to Netwealth business development strategies and events.
You will have:
- A deep understanding of platform functionality and the financial services industry;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Self-motivating with excellent time management and organisational skills;
- The ability to work autonomously;
- High-level technology competency;
- A team player with an agile and collaborative mindset.
