We're entering an exciting new chapter — growing fast, entering new global retailers, and expanding our hero product universe. Now we're ready to bring on a Content Manager who gets it. Who wants in. THE ROLE

We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on Content Manager who lives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and culture. You'll own the content vision across all channels — from scrappy TikToks to lush campaign shoots, and everything in between.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and manage all brand content across social, email, site, paid ads, and campaign
• Concept, script, and oversee UGC, social-first video, and TikTok (yes, you'll get your hands dirty)
• Partner with the Founder and Creative team to plan and execute photo/video shoots
• Build and manage a content calendar that drives engagement and sales
• Own the tone of voice across all content – fresh, luxe, witty, human
• Work with the Ecommerce & Marketing teams to optimise content for performance
• Help build and brief in paid ad creative that converts while staying brand-right
• Source and manage content creators and influencers
• Stay sharp on beauty trends, platform updates, and internet culture

• Can turn an idea into a moodboard, a script, and then a launch post — fast

• Know what makes someone hit Add to Cart and Share to Story
• Want to be a core part of a fast-growing business, not just a cog in a machine
• Can handle pace, change, and a bit of organised chaos
• Love beauty, community, and brand as much as we do

WHAT YOU BRING

• 3+ years in content, brand, or creative strategy (agency or in-house)
• Experience creating or directing high-performing content (social/video/photo)
• Understanding of platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, etc.
• Bonus if you've worked with eCommerce or beauty brands
• Resilience. Energy. A willingness to figure it out.
• You can write, brief, storyboard, shoot, and maybe even post.
