Lead Adore Beauty's NetSuite Phase 2 & Cloud WMS rollout as Project Manager—drive transformation, efficiency, and customer impact.

Are you an experienced project leader who thrives on delivering complex technology transformations? We're looking for a Project Manager to lead the successful rollout of our NetSuite Phase 2 implementation, including Cloud WMS integration across multiple retail locations.

This contract role is part-time (3 days per week) and will run until March 2026, offering you the opportunity to deliver a high-impact program at the heart of Adore Beauty's growth.

About the Role
As Project Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of this critical project—ensuring scope, timelines, and budget are managed effectively. You'll partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver seamless system integrations, support business process improvement, and embed new ways of working across the organisation.

Your work will directly enable operational efficiency, better customer experiences, and future scalability for our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the NetSuite Phase 2 implementation and Cloud WMS rollout, managing timelines, scope, and resources.
• Coordinate integrations between NetSuite, Cloud WMS, and related platforms (OMS, fulfilment, multi-store stock transfers).
• Engage stakeholders across multiple functions, driving adoption through clear communication and change management.
• Oversee vendor management with system integrators (e.g., Annexa, Celigo, Cloud Coders) to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Track and report progress to senior leadership, highlighting risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Manage project budget, investment tracking, and ensure costs align with business case.
• Collaborate with data teams to ensure data quality, migration readiness, and smooth transition.

Who You Are:
You're a proven project leader with deep ERP implementation experience, ideally NetSuite or similar cloud ERP, paired with a strong grasp of retail, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
You're commercially minded, confident working across stakeholders from executives to frontline teams, and skilled in balancing technical delivery with business impact. You thrive in dynamic environments and bring clarity, structure, and momentum to complex programs.
You bring:

• Strong ERP implementation experience (NetSuite or equivalent), ideally with WMS/retail integrations.
• A track record of delivering multi-phase, organisation-wide transformation projects.
• Experience in retail or warehouse environments, with knowledge of fulfilment and multi-store operations.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
• Business process analysis and improvement experience.
• Proven success driving change management and adoption across teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to report clearly to executives.
