Wellbeing Manager Role

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Wellbeing Manager, responsible for supporting villages in delivering our Everyday Wellbeing promise.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in community and customer service, looking to take on a more strategic position.

About the Role
  • Support village teams in creating vibrant wellbeing programs
  • Lead initiatives such as dementia awareness, aged care partnerships, and volunteer programs
  • Be a trusted point of escalation for wellbeing concerns
  • Build strong partnerships with Home Care providers and wellbeing specialists
  • Champion consistency and celebrating success across your region
Key Responsibilities
  1. Create and implement wellbeing programs that meet the needs of residents
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to enhance wellbeing services
  3. Provide guidance and support to village teams on wellbeing matters
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellbeing programs
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational goals
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a related field, such as health or social services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare or social sciences
