Job Title: Community Champion


We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Workplace Ambassador. This pivotal role focuses on building community by connecting our people with solutions, fostering togetherness, and empowering our staff to provide friendly and responsive resolutions to everyday office operations.


As a Workplace Ambassador, you will be responsible for connecting stakeholders, improving facilities, and ensuring excellent service to users. You will provide premium customer service, act as an office expert, and support the Community Manager in stakeholder interactions.


Key responsibilities include managing contractors, assisting in procurement, building strong vendor relationships, processing invoices, monitoring budget, and identifying financial opportunities and discrepancies. You will also handle reactive maintenance, proactively address facilities issues, and maintain high office standards.


To succeed in this role, you will need to conduct safety audits, participate in emergency procedures, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. You will analyze problems, implement long-term solutions, and achieve Key Performance Indicators.


The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in property/facilities management, hospitality, hotel management, or luxury corporate concierge. They will have strong administrative, communication, and problem-solving skills, a proven experience with continuous improvement initiatives.


The successful candidate will present a professional and friendly corporate image to clients, remain calm under pressure, and possess exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.


They will be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and focused on meeting performance targets, with strong communication skills and excellent presentation, verbal, and written skills.
