About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Finance Professional with an Accounting degree to lead our finance team. The successful candidate will have experience in using Procura / AlayaCare or a similar ERP system and be able to train and guide staff in its use. The role involves ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all transactions, managing billing to customers and brokers, and working with Group Finance to control Home Care debtors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions and reports
  • Manage the billing process for customers and brokers, including the dispatch of monthly communications
  • Work with Group Finance to control Home Care debtors and reduce aged debt
  • Manage the Purchase Order control of CDC expenditure and ensure accuracy and timely charges to customers
  • Train and guide staff in the use of Procura / AlayaCare and financial accounting processes
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, e.g., Accounting or Finance - Qualified CPA / CA or equivalent
  • Desirable: Extensive experience using Procura / AlayaCare or a similar ERP system
  • Desirable: Ability to train and guide staff in the use of ERP systems
  • Well-developed analytical, financial understanding, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills, including experience in writing reports and correspondence
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team and to be self-motivated
