About the Opportunity

Our team is seeking a data analyst professional who can turn workforce metrics and trends into impactful business decisions. In this role, you'll design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into workforce performance.

Responsibilities
  • Create scalable reporting frameworks and automate recurring reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Develop and implement data governance strategies to ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity across People systems.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, interpreting complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities and drive digital transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct regular audits and validations to verify data quality and integrity.
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and analytics capabilities to maximize business value.

This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data and reporting tools, and experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM). You should possess a tertiary qualification in HR, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, and have a minimum of 6 years' experience in data analytics or reporting.

  • Proven ability to manage projects, implement systems, and build reporting frameworks.
