Workforce Insights Analyst

We seek a seasoned workforce insights analyst to spearhead our Corporate Services team's strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop actionable data visualizations and reporting frameworks to drive workforce metrics and trends.
  • Design scalable and automated reporting solutions to meet evolving business needs.
  • Ensure robust data accuracy, compliance, and governance across People systems.
  • Provide expert guidance to stakeholders, distilling complex data into informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance system capabilities and contribute to digital transformation efforts.
  • Conduct regular audits and validations to safeguard data integrity.
  • Promote continuous improvement in reporting processes and analytics capabilities.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in workforce analytics or reporting with a strong understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance.
  • Proficiency in using data and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM).
  • Proven ability to manage projects, implement systems, and build reporting frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn business needs into actionable insights.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and support team members to improve performance.
Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
