Job Title: Payroll Expert Manager

This role involves overseeing and delivering multi-country payroll services for a diverse portfolio of clients.

  • End-to-end monthly payroll process management for clients in various countries and jurisdictions.
  • Implementation support or leadership of global payroll platforms.
  • Payroll data validation across digital platforms to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Timely and compliant delivery of payroll in line with local laws and global standards.
  • Guidance and solutions on payroll-specific issues raised by clients.
  • Identification and implementation of improvements to internal and client-facing payroll processes.
  • Stakeholder relationship management and cross-functional collaboration coordination.
  • Project milestone tracking, budgeting, and reporting across key workstreams.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in payroll.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and implementation (e.g. SAP, Workday, ADP, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
