Seasonal Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a Seasonal Customer Experience Specialist to support our store team across the Festive Season.
In this role, you will embody our desire to engage and listen to customers, guiding them to products that meet their needs.
You will welcome customers into our spaces and through intentional interactions deepen the way our products are experienced.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our store teams are supported to deliver exceptional customer experiences, processing sales and maintaining stock levels.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Warm communication skills

- An interest in learning product knowledge
This is a casual opportunity commencing from September 2025 and concluding in February 2026, with potential for ongoing employment based on business needs.
