Job Role: Seasonal Services Team Member

To deliver exceptional customer experiences during peak seasons, we seek a Seasonal Services Team Member to provide top-notch service and support in various capacities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer outstanding customer care, assist with directions, and offer helpful solutions to enhance the customer and retailer experience.
  • Ensure efficient traffic flow and support car park operations during busy periods.
  • Operate a buggy within the car park for safety checks and operational assistance.
Requirements:
  • Be friendly, reliable, and have a passion for creating positive experiences for our customers.
  • Hold a valid driver's license (Manual or Auto) to operate a company buggy.
  • Be available for shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays (full availability in November and December is ideal).
