Our Festive Season Team

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Christmas Helpers this season. As a member of our festive team, you will play a crucial role in making Christmas 2025 sparkle.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, be adaptable, and have high energy levels. You will be required to work efficiently at point-of-sale, assist with operational tasks such as unpacking, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to keep stores attractive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide engaging and efficient point-of-sale service
  • Assist with operational tasks such as unpacking, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer experience

Requirements:

  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and available to work weekends and evenings, especially between 15 December 2025 and 4 January 2026
