Role Overview

We are seeking a professional to join our Gaming team on a permanent Full-Time basis. This position will involve acting as a relief Duty Manager when needed.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of gaming machines, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing friendly customer service to members and guests.
  • Gaming machine service, including reset and payout of jackpot wins.
  • Drink orders and delivery to machines.
  • Operation of Tab and Keno terminals.
  • Cleaning of work station and equipment.
  • Operation of tills and cash handling.
  • Collecting glasses from the floor and returning to bar areas for cleaning.
  • Assisting the Duty Management team in coordinating shifts.
  • Providing training and mentoring to develop team members.
  • Promoting a positive and supportive team culture.

This role requires availability on Friday nights and weekends, with reasonable availability Monday to Thursday. Shifts are rostered from the evening through to early hours of the morning.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience in a similar Bar or Gaming role.
  • An eye for detail, accuracy, and compliance with NSW liquor and gaming legislation.
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
  • Ability to work in large teams.
  • Ability to excel in fast-paced work environments.
