About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to host gaming activities, provide excellent customer service, and maintain compliance with regulations.

  • Host various gaming promotions, including Bingo, Housie, and Raffles
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive engagement
  • Maintain regulatory adherence across Club and Government standards
  • Set up and dismantle gaming equipment and promotional materials
  • Facilitate gaming events and promotions
  • Cross-promote gaming activities and offers
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure availability on weekends, with flexible scheduling for weekdays
  • Work varied shifts, including evenings during peak periods
Your Qualities

To succeed in this role, you will bring energy and enthusiasm to deliver high-quality experiences for our members and guests.

You should be confident in hosting events and speaking in front of groups.

Prior experience in similar roles or promotions is highly valued, but not essential.

Please note that RSA and RCG certifications are required.
