An innovative leader in renewable energy is building a platform that will transform how homes and businesses electrify and transition to clean energy. The role, and what you'll be doing

As COO, you'll partner with the CEO to lead the next phase of our post–Series A growth. You'll build the team, structure, and systems to scale a technology-enabled infrastructure business deploying rooftop solar and battery systems at speed.

Covering product, technology, delivery, operations, and people, you'll ensure our operational engine is product-enabled and ready for rapid scale. This role bridges the gap between product and operations, ensuring technology evolves in step with growth.

What you'll do

• Design and implement scalable systems, processes, and infrastructure
• Oversee customer delivery, asset operations, and partner network growth
• Lead and scale multi-disciplinary teams across product, technology, operations, and delivery (from 30 to 150 people)
• Ensure commercial performance and maintain strong investor and partner alignment
• Shape and embed a values-driven, high-performance culture

About you

• Analytical, process-oriented, and strategically minded, with a sharp eye for compliance, risk, and regulatory matters
• Hands-on and execution-focused — you get in, get it done, and deliver results
• Background in logistics, challenger brands, hardware, and/or clean/green tech
• 10+ years in operations or general management within a scale-up or high-growth environment
• Experience in tech or software; ideally hardware-enabled tech, energy, green tech, or infrastructure
• Proven ability to scale multi-disciplinary teams and implement systems in complex environments
• Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of agile product development and platform strategy
• Experience with infrastructure deployment, distributed assets, WHS compliance, and partner networks
• Pragmatic, results-driven, and passionate about the renewable energy transition
