Job Overview

As a payroll specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of salary payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monthly Payroll Processing:
  • End-to-end management of high-volume timesheet data for weekly payrolls
  • T&A (time and attendance) processing for fortnightly pay runs
  • Entering new starters and terminations, salary changes, and deductions
  • Verification of data entered by other payroll specialists
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a payroll specialist in a large complex environment
  • Intermediate Excel skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Experience with Micropay is highly desirable
