We are seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager to join our international team, focused on developing and implementing strategic demand planning initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related discipline and significant experience in demand planning within the supply chain, retail or FMCG industries.

They will be responsible for collaborating with sales and operations to develop short, medium and long-term demand forecasts for all platforms, leading and facilitating the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Sales Review meeting, and ensuring accurate demand planning inputs and processes.

In this role, they will also lead Cost to Serve Projects to identify network savings and drive cross-functional collaboration to optimize planning capabilities and reduce costs.

To succeed in this position, the candidate will require expertise using JDA planning software for stock and production management, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
