Camp Operations Supervisor

This is a key role at our camp, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and maintaining a safe environment for all participants.

The Camp Operations Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day activities, coordinating schedules, managing resources, and overseeing various camp programs and activities. This includes supervising a team of staff members, conducting training, providing guidance, and ensuring staff adhere to camp policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for implementing and enforcing safety protocols, conducting regular inspections, and managing emergency situations as they arise.

Additionally, the Camp Operations Supervisor will act as a point of contact for campers and their families, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensuring a positive camp experience for everyone.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of daily operations and activities
  • Supervision of staff members
  • Implementation and enforcement of safety protocols
  • Point of contact for campers and their families
  • Administrative duties including record-keeping and reporting
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A First Aid Certificate
  • A CPR Certificate
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in facility maintenance
