Lead Dentist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Dentist to join our dental practice. As the Lead Dentist, you will be responsible for leading our team of dentists and supporting them in delivering high-quality patient care.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dentist who is looking to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our practice.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate our team of dentists to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to junior dentists and hygienists

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current registration with the Dental Board of Australia
  • 5+ years' experience working as a Dentist in Australia
  • Previous leadership and mentoring experience desirable
