Job Title: Payment Integrity SpecialistAbout the Role

This is a permanent full-time opportunity to join our team as a skilled Dental Claims Auditor.

The ideal candidate will have experience within the dental industry with time spent either as a clinician, dental nurse, hygienist, treatment coordinator or practice manager.

They will have an excellent understanding of clinical records and systems used within dental practices.

The successful candidate will be highly analytical and demonstrate well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, used to build strong relationships and deal compassionately and fairly with people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate instances of dental claims leakage, fraud or other inappropriate conduct to reduce potential loss.
  • Actively identify opportunities to enhance dental claiming rules for better identification of claims leakage.
Requirements
  • Experience within the dental industry with time spent either as a clinician, dental nurse, hygienist, treatment coordinator or practice manager.
  • Excellent understanding of clinical records and systems used within dental practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
