About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Dental Clinic Support Specialist, providing vital support to dental students and clinicians in a dynamic environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, maintaining high standards of infection control, and performing administrative tasks.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on clinical assistance to dental students and clinicians, ensuring the highest level of patient care and comfort.
  • Maintain strict adherence to OHCWA protocols for infection control and equipment hygiene.
  • Perform various administrative tasks including reception duties, patient record management, and supply coordination.

Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Dental Clinic Assisting or equivalent qualification, combined with at least three years of secondary education.
  • Proven knowledge of dental assisting procedures in clinical or teaching environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management abilities.
