We are currently seeking a highly skilled Lead Dentist to join our dynamic team at DB Dental Brighton.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for leading and mentoring the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care and services. This will involve motivating and empowering team members to perform optimally, combining dental excellence with superior interpersonal skills.

Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience working as a Dentist in Australia, with high clinical skills and standards
  • Previous Leadership and Mentoring Experience is desirable
  • Current unconditional AHPRA registration
  • An appropriate qualification recognised by the Dental Board of Australia
  • Current professional indemnity insurance
